DC Gearbox Motor - "TT Motor" - 200RPM - 3 to 6VDC
Perhaps you've been assembling a new robot friend, adding a computer for a brain and other fun personality touches. Now the time has come to let it leave the nest and fly on its own wings– err, wheels! These durable (but affordable!) plastic gearbox motors (also known as 'TT' motors) are an easy, low-cost way to get your projects moving. This is a TT DC Gearbox Motor with a gear ratio of 1:48, and it comes with 2 x 200mm wires with breadboard-friendly 0.1" male connectors. Perfect for plugging into a breadboard or terminal blocks. You can power these motors with 3VDC up to 6VDC, they'll of course go a little faster at the higher voltages. We grabbed one motor and found these stats when running it from a bench-top supply At 3VDC we measured 150mA @ 120 RPM no-load, and 1.1 Amps when stalled At 4.5VDC we measured 155mA @ 185 RPM no-load, and 1.2 Amps when stalled At 6VDC we measured 160mA @ 250 RPM no-load, and 1.5 Amps when stalled Note that these are very basic motors, and have no built-in encoders, speed control or positional feedback. Voltage goes in, rotation goes out! There will be variation from motor to motor, so a separate feedback system is required if you need precision movement.

This potentiometer is a two-in-one, good in a breadboard or with a panel. It's a fairly standard linear taper 10K ohm potentiometer, with a grippy shaft. It's smooth and easy to turn, but not so loose that it will shift on its own. We like this one because the legs are 0.2" apart with pin-points, so you can plug it into a breadboard or perfboard. Once you're done prototyping, you can drill a hole into your project box and mount the potentiometer that way.

These are standard '130 size' DC hobby motors. They come with a wider operating range than most toy motors: from 4.5 to 9VDC instead of 1.5-4.5V. This range makes them perfect for controlling with an Adafruit Motor Shield, or with an Arduino where you are more likely to have 5 or 9V available than a high current 3V setting. They'll fit in most electronics that already have 130-size motors installed and there's two breadboard-friendly wires soldered on already for fast prototyping.

This large (30mm diameter) piezo element is nicely enclosed with mounting holes so you can attach easily. Piezo elements convert vibration to voltage or voltage to vibration. That means you can use this as a buzzer for making beeps, tones and alerts AND you can use it as a sensor, to detect fast movements like knocks. You can also use it under a drum pad to make a drum/crash sensor It's rated for up to 12Vpp use but you can also use 3 or 5V square waves and its plenty loud. For music use with an Arduino, check out the Tone tutorial. For sensing, the Knock tutorial is your guide! There are thin wires attached, we plugged them into a solderless breadboard, but they might too thin to plug in directly into the Arduino socket headers.

Mit unserem lustigen Sortiment an leitfähigen Materialien war es noch nie so einfach, Cosplay und Wearables herzustellen!  Dieses leitfähige Nylonband lässt sich hervorragend mit unseren anderen interessanten Materialien kombinieren, wie z. B. Kupferband, ITO-Glas oder -Plastik, leitfähige Tinte usw. Wir haben festgestellt, dass das metallische Nylongewebe einige große Verbesserungen gegenüber einfachem Kupferband aufweist.  Zunächst einmal bricht es nicht, wenn es gebogen oder verdreht wird! Man kann also alle möglichen seltsamen Formen und Pfade herstellen, ohne sich Sorgen über gebrochene Leiterbahnen zu machen. Es ist auch flexibler, so dass man es auf flexible Materialien kleben kann. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet sich ein leitfähiger Kleber, so dass Sie ihn direkt auf kapazitive Pads kleben können. Es hat eine hohe Leitfähigkeit, nur ein paar Ohm pro Fuss. Es ist nicht ganz so leitfähig wie reines Kupferband, aber man kann damit durchaus kleine Bauteile betreiben. Allerdings kann man damit nicht löten wie mit reinem Kupferband. Sie können es aber nähen, da es aus Stoff besteht. Jede Bestellung wird mit einem 5 mm breiten und 10 m langen Band geliefert. Es ist lang genug, um es für eine Reihe von Projekten zu verwenden. Schneiden Sie einfach die Größe ab, die Sie brauchen, und heben Sie den Rest auf.

Dieser Sensor kann auch verwendet werden, um Linien auf dunklem Hintergrund mit heller Farbspur und heller Hintergrundspur mit tiefer Farbe zu erkennen. Der RGB-Graustufensensor kann Linien erkennen, wenn der Grauwert grösser als der Schwellenwert ist. (Es wird empfohlen, dass der Schwellenwert grösser als 30 ist, damit der Effekt besser ist.) Dieses Modul verfügt über die Funktionen der schnellen Erkennung, des Lernfelds über die Schaltfläche und der Vorteil gut angepasst. This is 12 meters of smooth conductive thread spun from stainless steel fiber and wound on a plastic bobbin. Use it to sew up all of your e-textile projects. This small bobbin is a great way to get into wearable electronics without the upfront cost of buying an entire spool of thread. Close to 40 feet of thread is enough to get a simple design stitched onto your shirt, backpack or hat. What sets this thread apart from the other conductive thread that we carry is the fact that it’s actually spun from 12UM stainless steel fiber making it incredibly smooth and without the loose hairs seen on other bobbins. This means that while it may not be easy to solder to, because it’s stainless, it also won’t burn up when you touch it with a soldering iron. Suitable for hand or machine sewing (as a bobbin thread). We’ve had no trouble using it for close, tight connections, but if you’re worried, waxing the thread should keep it manageable!
